Adam Gilbert

Adam Gilbert is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing legal teams. After qualifying in 2007, Adam worked with two national law firms before moving in-house as Legal Counsel for Wilko, gaining valuable commercial insight within a major high street retailer.

Returning to private practice in 2015, Adam went on to establish two Corporate and Commercial departments from the ground up. Under his leadership, both teams achieved strong recognition in the Legal 500 rankings, including a promotion from Tier 3 to Tier 2 in 2022 — a reflection of his strategic direction, client focus and management expertise.

As the founder of AG Corporate Law, Adam later acquired Michelle O’Shea Conveyancers. The firm now operates under his strategic leadership, benefiting from his commercial acumen, commitment to excellence and clear vision for growth, while continuing to deliver a trusted, client-focused conveyancing service.
