Michelle O’Shea and Co are a firm of Licensed Conveyancers. The Company was set up in September 1995 and the principal of the firm is Michelle O’Shea. Michelle O’Shea has been employed in the conveyancing field since 1983 and qualified as a Legal Executive in 1992 and as a Licensed Conveyancer in 1994. During most of her employed career she was employed by two different house building companies in their legal departments and is therefore very experienced in new housing conveyancing. In fact, upon setting up in practice she managed to retain the instructions of the company she was working for at that time in respect of new house sales and continued to work for that company until it recently went into receivership.

We are not the cheapest firm offering conveyancing services but we feel that the service that we provide is more important than price alone. As Licensed Conveyancers, we only deal with property transactions and therefore regard ourselves as specialist property lawyers. Whilst our official opening hours are Monday-Friday 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m, we can offer appointments out of office hours. Where possible, we ensure that all documents that are required to be signed are signed in one visit, thus causing as little inconvenience as possible to our clients. Our offices are modern and fully computerised. We have a 24-hour answering machine.
