We can assist you in completing an ID1 form which is required by the Land Registry. You will need to complete the first part of the form with your personal details and ensure that you bring with you the originals of the documents on the form for the purposes of identification. You will also need to bring a passport size photograph of yourself.

Please note that we now require payment in full of our charges for an ID1 form before we will arrange an appointment with you. Such payment can either be made by cash, bank transfer or card payment.
