This estimate is provided on the assumption that title to the property is freehold. For leasehold properties, an additional charge of £200.00 plus vat will be made.

The Land Registry Registration fee included in our estimate is a reduced fee payable in respect of applications for registration delivered electronically and as this firm deals with applications for registration in this way you will benefit from this reduced fee. However, electronic applications can only be submitted at present in respect of transactions affecting the whole of an existing registered title and this information is obviously not available to us at this time. If therefore upon receipt of the title documenation it transpires that the title to the property is currently not registered at the Land Registry or the transaction relates to a property forming part of an existing registered title the Land Registry Registration fee estimated above will double. We will write to you at the appropriate time to advise you of the increased fee if this applies in your situation.
